Terms of use

For doctors and clinics
- You are responsible for everything written on your patients’ cards: diagnosis, medicines, doses, tests and advice. VisitCard does not check medical correctness. Warnings (such as the allergy check) are only a help and can miss things.
- Only add patients who agree to receive their card, and send each patient only their own link.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what your assistants do with the logins you give them.
- Do not use VisitCard for anything illegal, for advertising to patients without their permission, or to upload harmful files.
- Fees are agreed with VisitCard separately. If a fee is not paid, access may be paused; your records are kept and can be exported.
For patients
- Your card shows what your doctor wrote. It is not medical advice from VisitCard. If anything is unclear, call your clinic.
- In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital. Do not wait for a reply on VisitCard.
- Reminders (calendar and phone notifications) can be late or fail, for example if your phone is off, out of battery or blocks notifications. Do not rely on them alone for important medicines.
Service
- We work to keep VisitCard available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
- We may improve or change features. Important changes to these terms will be shown here.
- VisitCard is not liable for medical decisions made by doctors or patients, or for losses caused by internet or phone problems outside our control.
