Do patients need to install an app?

No. They open the link you send on WhatsApp. They can add it to their home screen if they want.

Who can see patient records?

Only you and the assistant you give a login to. Each patient’s card has its own private link.

Does it work in Urdu?

Yes. Every card can be in Urdu or English, and the patient can switch.

Can I use it for any specialty?

Yes. Doctors, dentists, psychologists, physiotherapists, nutritionists, hakeems and other health professionals can use it.

Does it work without internet?

Once a patient opens their card, it stays on the phone and opens without signal. The emergency pages work offline too.

Do reminders work on iPhone?

Yes, after the patient adds the card to the home screen (iOS 16.4 or newer). On Android they work in Chrome.

Can my assistant use it?

Yes. Give your assistant a login. They run tokens and the queue and can prepare visits for you to approve.

What if a patient has no smartphone?

Print a half-page slip with the pill table and a QR that a family member can scan.

How do new patients find me?

Your clinic page shows your timings and a token button. You can also choose to be listed in the VisitCard doctor directory.

How do I pay?
